NVT (Holdings) Limited is the holding company of Falcon Engineering Limited and NV Tools Limited.

The Holding Company which owns all of the subsidiary companies and their assets including plant, land, buildings etc. is privately owned by director shareholders which allows the feel and care of a family business to be utilised within each of the operating companies.

NV Tools was established over 50 years ago and presently operates through 4 technically diverse divisions supplying a wide range of products to the Can Making, Materials Processing, Furniture manufacturing, Door and construction industries, Agricultural manufacturing industry, pneumatic motor industry and Hydraulic Valve Industry.

During this time investment in people and modern technology has allowed the development of a multi-skilled, customer orientated company. Despite the product diversity, each division is firmly focused on the same end result; adding value to customers’ operations through the supply of quality products and services.

With over 75% of our products destined for export markets, our staff are experienced in responding to the needs of many different countries and cultures, consequently the company is well positioned to cope with all areas of world trade.

Capabilities include for customer complete assemblies of complex products, starting with sourcing of raw materials, through all manufacturing processes to assembly, finish testing, serial numbering, painting and packing in the customers own packaging.

The creation of separate manufacturing cell for production of automotive type components has increased our knowledge of Turbo Charger Bearing Housing manufacturing.
